How we work at Interact Int

At Interact Int, we pride ourselves on the quality of our highly motivated and skilled staff. A large percentage of our staff started their professional lives working within industry, and have come to us with extensive knowledge of warehousing and distribution, which e in turn are able to share with our customers, throughout our service sector.Click the link above to view a clear diagram of our project cycle. Project Management

Project Management services ensure accurate and timely management and control of the project as soon as the decision to purchase has been made.

A project team consisting of both customer and Interact Int personnel are appointed, with an experienced Interact Int Project Manager at the helm, and regular project meetings are held at pre-determined intervals, maintaining a detailed project plan.

An integral part of the Project Management process is the Quality & Development Plan, which is drawn up and agreed with the customer at the start of the project. This document will define the measurable objectives for the project and will identify both the customer's and Interact Int responsibilities during each phase of the project. Installation and integration services will be provided to ensure that hardware and software is installed and integrated correctly and that communication links, provided by the customer, are fully operational.

After the system Go-Live and warranty period, the project is handed over to the Enhancements and Customer Support departments.
